Acceptance of the Order
The contract comes into existence when the order has been accepted by us. Receipt of the order, via our web site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel the order up to 7 days before the planned delivery date. If the delivery is in process the return costs are at your own expense

 

Wrong Delivery Address
If you provide us with the wrong delivery address and the goods are signed for by another party Novacrylics cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.

Returns
Every item is checked before leaving our warehouse, however, if a manufacturing fault is found, the goods may be returned at our expense, within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and a full refund or replacement will be given. If there is another reason for returning the goods, a refund will only be given if the item is returned in the condition it was sent out, minus the cost of the carriage that had been charged to us, plus a 25% re-stocking fee, unless otherwise agreed or stated. The cost of returning the item will be borne by the sender unless otherwise agreed or stated.

Specifications, Colours, Weights & Sizes
We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and colours are given correct at the time of publishing; colours shown on the website should be used as a guide only due to the limitations of photography. All goods are subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be notified of the planned delivery date.

Product Guarantee
All items purchased from Nova Acrylics are covered by a guarantee. Accidental damage and damage caused by misuse, is not covered by this guarantee, and a charge will be made for any costs incurred.
