At Nova Lecterns we enjoy nothing more than a good challenge which is why we have built up a reputation for specialising in making one off designs as well as our standard products.
Our background in design and prototyping means we have all the expertise required to produce very high quality one off designs without breaking the bank. Simply tell us the style and finish you would like and the equipment you wish to install in your lectern, and we will produce concept design drawings for your approval.
We strive to offer you an unrivalled service. Before we continue with producing the final design we will often make a scale model for you to assess for approval. We design the lectern to meet your brief exactly, so there is no need for compromise, as may be the case with an off-the-shelf design.

London Paralympic Games 2020
Nova Lecterns commissioned to manufacture a pair of bespoke lecterns for the opening and closing ceremonies.
The sculptures on the speech lecterns that were created by the disabled artist Tony Heaton, himself a former wheelchair basketball international and now chief executive of the disability arts organisation Shape – they were formed from parts of sports wheelchairs and running blades mounted by Nova on a lectern made from 25mm clear acrylic sheet .
Uniquely the lecterns had to be mountable in purpose built slots in the stage enabling their convenient removal for the many planned events
Bespoke Exhibition Displays
One of the main roles of our company over the last 20 years has been to provide components and complete exhibition stands direct to end user, or for exhibition design companies who might require our services.
We appreciate how many considerations there are when designing and building a stand. From the ease of assembly and the aesthetics, to the transportability and safety requirements.
We can provide not only the stand, but all of the cabinets, desks, POS, shelving and lighting requirements too as a one stop shop. Full 3D Autocad rendering provides a realistic example on screen before production.

Materials
Plastics:
One of the main advantages we possess is our range of capabilities in different materials. We don't only work with acrylics. We work with every type of plastic including polycarbonate for high impact applications and polypropylene for chemical resistance.
Wood:
Additional to our capabilities in plastics we also possess skills in working with real wood veneers of all types including oak, sepele, walnut, ash, beech ect to create high quality finished products ready for shop display.
Metals:
Composite alupanel/dibond sheets provide us with an effective solution to finished metal items. Wrapped around mdf or plywood, dibond can create a useful and cost effective alternative to welded metal fabrications. Dibond comes in many different brushed, matte and gloss finishes such as aluminum, gold, brass, mirror and even mottled chrome.
Vinyls / Screenprint:
We work closely with many local sign writing companies to provide a complete service in terms of adding screen printing or vinyls to your displays.

As soon as we demonstrate to you that we understand your requirements you will receive a fixed price quotation and a statement of work detailing the number of days required for us to complete your order. Once payment is received we will start process your order.
As with all custom work the permutations are endless so providing a quotation on the website is near impossible.
